    Well done on your loss! You’re doing a great job! I love your tips, I follow a very similar pattern to yourself in my weight loss journey too. I drink a whey protein powder each night with warm milk & keep a food journal. Tho I log it all online at a site called fatsecret, I tried sparks people but it didn’t really suit me. Keep up the good work dear!

    I take about 3 to 4 scoops a day in between meals. Its a really good protein powder, its #1 in the industry and it helps with your apatite. Thanks for all the love, and i will be following you on your journey too…so lets get this fat off of us…much love fry
