    Thats so many fucking carbs dude… THAN YOU PUT 40% PROTEIN IN IT!? MORE CARBS!? MORE BLUEBERRIES!? 4 FUCKING EGGS!? Is this a post workout smoothie? Teach the people man, what the fuck. This protein is for lean muscle?! What the fuck? WHAT THE FUCK DUDE!? NUTRITION IS A SCIENCE

    i agree with john u can save ur self alot of money if u just by weight and muscle gain powder insted of puttin all the fruit n stuff in there……the only thing u need 4 the powder is whole milk…u can use any milk but whole milk is more fattning…also u will save urself alot of time lol. if i was u i would buy muscle & weight gain. only a small tub try it out . and see if it has any effect on u. i got the body fortress one and it cost me about £15. good vid tho (Y)

    eggs, wheat bix ,banana, yoghourt and the milk alone are enough protein and carbs for one meal. The 2 two scoops protein are a waste of money. You don’t look that big and massive to need that much. Or its cheap protein. Well if you say 40% protein then its more Weight gainer. Your body canÄt use so much in one meal. 20 g protein in hour hour are aboout maximum. So much protein means hard work for your kidneys. So i hope you drink enough. To much protein isn’t healthy!!

    man you just need milk with protein powder,and get a better one personnaly i think that whey is the best. And if you really want to gain weight eat a lot of chocolate and pork chops

    i think i put in 2 servings into the blender.. approx 80 grams of powder. I can do some healthy recipes in the future :)

    funny you say that, im eating a bowl of oats atm! only have time on the weekends to make them… but they are great with some natural yoghurt, honey and fruit :)

    oats would work fine I think. Probably any sort of nuts too. Whatever floats your boat. I, personally, use oats cause its pretty damn tasty for breakfast, too.

    Heya mate, sorry i haven’t researched cytogainer… if its a whey protein compound then its prolly good. Do a bit of research on the net and ya might be able to find some good stuff on it :-)
